Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation experience focused on Oracle Fusion ERP
• 3+ years in a manager or senior-lead role without direct people management
• Experience leading OCTO-style initiatives, ERP/workforce systems, or people technology transformations
• Involvement in M&A technology due diligence, integration planning, and execution
• Ability to translate complex HR/Finance tech into clear business language

Responsibilities

• Own the Oracle Fusion ERP roadmap (e.g., Financials) ensuring alignment with HR, Technology, and enterprise objectives
• Serve as the primary in-house expert for Oracle Fusion ERP and ensure long-term platform stewardship
• Translate ERP and workforce needs into scalable technology strategies and integration plans
• Develop and implement OCTO-aligned technology strategies and roadmaps
• Act as strategic liaison between HR, Finance, Strategy, Technology, and Transformation teams
• Monitor and assess ERP and HR tech trends to inform evolution and investments
• Support M&A technology due diligence related to ERP systems and data
• Lead ERP integration planning and execution for workforce transitions
• Create and refine integration playbooks, scenarios, and roadmaps
