Acosta Group is seeking a senior IT strategist to lead a multi‑year Oracle Fusion HCM transformation, shaping strategy, integration roadmaps, and future‑state architecture for a growing enterprise. The role provides executive visibility and broad business impact without direct people management.

Responsibilities include owning the Fusion HCM roadmap, serving as in‑house expert, and aligning OCTO and enterprise initiatives while partnering with HR, Strategy, Technology, and Transformation teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise IT strategy, integration, or transformation.
• 3+ years operating at a manager or senior‑lead level, with leadership and accountability without formal people management.
• Strong experience leading OCTO‑style initiatives in HCM or workforce systems.
• Proven involvement in M&A technology support, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to create, refine, and execute integration roadmaps using industry best practices.
• Strong partnerships with HR, Technology, and senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the Oracle Fusion HCM roadmap (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Recruiting) with alignment to HR and enterprise objectives.
• Serve as the primary in‑house expert for Oracle Fusion HCM, reducing reliance on external consultants.
• Translate HR and workforce needs into scalable technology strategies and integration plans.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to deliver HCM programs and monitor OCTO‑led outcomes.
• Manage relationships with Oracle, system integrators, and strategic partners while ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
