Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Oracle Fusion HCM, to lead the functional and technical evolution of our Oracle Fusion HR platform. You will partner with HR, IT, and technology partners to deliver solutions that enhance employee experience and support business growth.

This role covers Hire-to-Retire processes, integrations, reporting, and governance with external providers. You will drive updates, maintain security and compliance, and mentor teams while operating in a hybrid work model

Qualifications

• Four or more years' experience supporting and enhancing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions in a complex enterprise.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical leadership for Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, reporting, and production support.
• Govern managed service providers and implementation partners with work intake, prioritization, solution review, QA, and performance management.
• Own end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes and continuously improve related worker lifecycle activities.
• Design, build, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) with REST/SOAP and file-based patterns.
• Develop HR reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher; maintain clear documentation and runbooks.
• Coordinate quarterly Oracle Fusion HCM updates and participate in Agile delivery practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and enable end-user training and SOP documentation.
