Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical leadership for Oracle Fusion HCM initiatives, including enhancements, integrations, reporting, and ongoing production support.
• Governance of managed service providers and implementation partners, including intake, prioritization, review, QA, and SLA adherence.
• Own end-to-end Hire-to-Retire processes and optimize worker lifecycle events, recruiting-to-hire, compensation, and benefits cycles.
