The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise HCM, deep Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM expertise, and proven leadership in large-scale integrations and support operations, including OIC and APIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing enterprise HCM systems with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise HR technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, optimization and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.
• Serve as senior Oracle HCM SME and trusted advisor to HR, IT, and Operations leadership.
• Drive design, implementation and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions.
• Manage and prioritize HCM projects, enhancements, upgrades, and production support.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
• Oversee troubleshooting of complex issues across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrations via OIC/APIs.
• Lead system testing activities (SIT/UAT/regression) and releases.
• Develop governance, best practices and support processes for Oracle HCM administration.
