Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM and lead cross-functional initiatives. The role involves assisting, training, and supporting business partners and other ERP Applications Analysts with operation and administration of systems.

The position also trains and mentors associate and intermediate positions and works with business partners at all levels to enhance tool adoption, efficiency, and performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of ERP experience with increasing responsibility.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
Healthcare/hospital supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP design, configuration, testing and SCM implementation.
Provide guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align ERP with goals.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in ERP and SCM.
Mentor junior analysts and manage stakeholder expectations.
Ensure quality delivery and timely project progress.
