Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will train and support partners and other ERP Analysts, and mentor junior staff while ensuring reliable application availability.

You will work with business partners at all levels to enhance tool usage, manage changes, and drive efficiency in operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with ERP systems, with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing and support.
• Hospital or health system supply chain experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and supply chain management process and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering assigned tasks and reports progress to the application manager.
• Delivers work products that meet project requirements within guidelines.
• Documents current and future needs and workflows through interviews and data gathering.
• Participates in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, support, and evaluation of ERP systems.
• Contributes in team and project meetings and works with team members.
• Learns and maintains competency in the assigned application or technical area.
• Excellent communication with business partners and ERP team to deliver solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
