Job summary

The Business Applications Analyst III – ERP at Mosaic Life Care acts as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM, leading cross-functional initiatives and guiding business partners and other ERP Analysts in operations and administration of systems.

This role trains and mentors associates, partners with departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals, troubleshoots issues, and ensures high-quality application availability; cross-trained across multiple applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems, with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts for Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead collaboration with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and supply chain management applications process and performance improvement.
• Demonstrates accountability in delivering the assigned task.
• Reports project issues and accomplishments to the application manager.
