Job summary

Mosaic Life Care seeks a Senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM initiatives, train teammates, and mentor junior staff. You will partner with business units and IT to optimize ERP usage, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth delivery of system changes.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a background in ERP design, configuration, and integration. Occasional travel may be required as part of project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems or functional business systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functions and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify and implement ERP and supply chain process improvements.
• Report issues and achievements to the application manager.
• Deliver work products meeting project scope and standards.
