Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM initiatives and mentor junior staff. You will train partners, configure and test ERP modules, and ensure reliable application availability while driving process improvements across departments.

The role requires strong communication and collaboration with IT and business teams to align ERP strategies with organizational goals and to deliver high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ERP systems experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support.
• Hospital or health system supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and supply chain process improvement.
• Mentor associates and ensure quality delivery of application availability.
