Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and implementation, and guide business partners and other ERP analysts in operation and administration of systems.

The role includes mentoring associates and collaborating with IT and business units to improve processes. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to enhance tool usage, manage issues, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• 5+ years experience in ERP systems or functional business systems with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support is required.
• Experience in hospital or health system supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP design, configuration, testing and implementation for SCM.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP with enterprise goals.
• Identify opportunities for ERP and supply chain process and performance improvements.
• Deliver work products meeting project scope and departmental guidelines.
• Document current and future needs and workflows, gathering regulatory and operational data.
