Job summary
Mosaic Life Care is seeking a Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to act as a senior SME for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM. You will lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment while mentoring junior staff and working with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP usage across the organization.
You will train partners, manage change, and ensure high availability of ERP systems. This role supports remote workers in designated states and requires strong communication with business partners and IT
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
- 5+ years of ERP systems experience with increasing responsibility (Required).
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud application design, configuration, testing, and support (Required).
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation.
- Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
- Collaborate with IT and business partners to align ERP with enterprise goals.
- Identify opportunities for ERP/process improvement and drive implementation.
