Job summary

Mosaic Life Care is seeking a senior Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP SCM and lead cross-functional initiatives. You will train and mentor others, collaborate with business partners at all levels, and proactively manage issues across technology teams to ensure high-quality application availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of ERP or functional business systems experience.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM design, configuration, testing, and support.
Healthcare supply chain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP SCM design, configuration, testing and implementation efforts.
Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Lead collaboration with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with enterprise goals.
Identify and implement opportunities for ERP and supply chain management processes and performance improvements.
Delivers work products that meet project requirements within guidelines.
Analyses and documents current and future needs and workflows via interviews and data collection.
