Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of experience leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P.
• 4+ years of strong functional experience in supply chain–heavy financial accounting, including revenue recognition, customer billing, supplier invoicing, and Intercompany transactions.

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows and advocate for standardization.
• Partner with internal users and lead external vendors to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Investigate and debug complex system behaviors and communicate root causes to stakeholders.
• Work in an agile environment balancing priorities across projects and operations.
