Motorola Solutions in Chicago is seeking a Business System Analyst for Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance. You will support global Finance, driving transformation and enhancements across Q2C and P2P, partnering with Finance leaders and IT.
The role blends business analysis with technical delivery in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in business systems analysis, 4+ years leading teams, and deep Oracle experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
- 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud in financial processes (Q2C, P2P).
- 4+ years of strong functional experience in finance and revenue recognition, billing, intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities
- Perform a hybrid of functional (80%) and technical (20%) responsibilities across transformation programs and daily operations.
- Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documentation.
- Conduct fit/gap analyses to standardize processes and minimize customizations.
- Lead internal users and external vendors to deliver user-centric finance solutions.
- Investigate system issues, articulate root causes, and deliver effective resolutions; work in an Agile environment.
