Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst for Oracle EBS/Cloud Finance to support the global Finance Organization. You will drive transformation, maintenance, and enhancements across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud, partnering with Finance leaders and IT to simplify operations and implement scalable digital solutions.

You will translate complex business needs into robust, configurable technology solutions, leading cross-functional teams and external partners in an Agile

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.
• 4+ years of leadership or direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and design documentation.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to evaluate customization needs vs standard capabilities; advocate for standardization.
• Partner with internal users and lead external implementation vendors to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with best practices.
• Investigate and debug complex system behaviors and communicate root causes to non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate in a fast-paced Agile environment balancing multiple projects and ongoing enhancements.
