Job summary

SMX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

This remote role requires an active clearance and may involve travel, with responsibilities spanning testing, UAT, and training

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• Experience with treasury and cash management implementations.
• Deep LOA configuration knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and its modules (Finance, Procurement).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience; postgrad study may substitute for experience.
• Oracle EBS R12.2 experience.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis: gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Solution design: translate needs into functional specs and design Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configuration and implementation: configure Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements and support projects to production; create tests and assist UAT.
• Functional support: provide end-user support, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolutions.
• Collaboration: bridge between business units and technical teams.
• Process improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes using Oracle EBS.
• Documentation and training: develop system/user docs and deliver training.
