Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. The role requires an active clearance or public trust and is remote with some travel.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design and implementation of EBS-based solutions, functional support, testing (UAT), and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

Qualifications

Active clearance or public trust required.
Commercial treasury and cash management implementation experience.
Deep understanding of accounting and LOA configuration.
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and modules (Finance, Procurement).
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; 10+ years experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis and documentation for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
Design and implement system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS.
Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and support projects.
Create test plans and perform testing including UAT.
Provide functional support and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
Bridge business units and technical teams to ensure successful integration.
Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
Develop system and user documentation and deliver training.
