Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and implementing system solutions, providing functional support, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

This requires a clearance and is a remote role with some travel.

Qualifications

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design system solutions.
• Configure EBS modules and support projects through to production, including UAT.
• Provide ongoing functional support and coordinate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to collect and document requirements for new features.
• Design system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS functionality.
• Configure and implement Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and support projects.
• Create test plans, scripts, and cases and perform functional testing.
• Serve as a bridge between business units and technical teams.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation and deliver training.
