Job summary

SMX is seeking Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing system solutions, and providing testing and user support in a remote role with travel.

Qualified candidates have active clearance, extensive Oracle EBS experience (R12.2), and strong analytical and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of related work are required.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• Experience implementing commercial treasury and cash management systems.
• Deep accounting knowledge, LOA configuration.
• Application enablement skills.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and its modules (Finance, Procurement).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience; postgraduate work may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and design system solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements; support projects through to production; create test plans and perform testing.
