Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. The role includes gathering requirements, designing and implementing system solutions, providing functional support, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

The position requires an active clearance or public trust and is remote with some travel.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust is required.
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM.
• Deep LOA configuration knowledge.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x application schema and ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field; postgraduate study may substitute.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining training documentation.
• Experience with MyOracleSupport and resolving Service Requests.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis: Gather and document requirements for features, enhancements, and configurations in Oracle EBS.
• Solution design: Translate needs into functional specs and design system solutions.
• Configuration and implementation: Set up Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements.
• Testing: Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and assist UAT.
• Collaboration: Bridge between business units and technical teams.
• Process improvement: Identify opportunities using Oracle EBS.
• Documentation and training: Develop system and user docs; deliver training.
