Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, designing and implementing system solutions, providing functional support, testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

A clearance is required and travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• 10+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and LOA configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis: Gather and document requirements for new features and configurations in Oracle EBS.
• Solution design: Translate business needs into functional specifications and design EBS-based solutions.
• Configuration and implementation: Set up Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements and support projects to production.
• Testing: Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and assist in UAT.
• Functional support: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with tech teams.
• Collaboration: Bridge between business units and technical teams for integration.
• Process improvement: Identify improvements in business processes using Oracle EBS.
• Documentation and training: Develop system/user documentation and deliver training.
