Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. This role requires an active clearance and is remote with some travel.

You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, create test plans and participate in UAT, working closely with cross-functional teams to align Oracle EBS with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• 10+ years’ experience as a business analyst or equivalent.
• Experience with treasury, LOA, and accounting configuration.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Design and implement system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS functionality.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements and support projects.
• Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and assist in UAT.
• Provide ongoing end-user support and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement using Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation and deliver training.
