Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. This role requires an active clearance and is remote with some travel.

You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

Qualifications

Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent).
Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM.
Deep understanding of accounting and LOA configuration.
Able to create queries in Oracle 12.2.x schema.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Minimum 10 years’ experience.
Experience creating and maintaining training documentation.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS configurations and enhancements.
Translate requirements into functional specs and design system solutions.
Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs and support projects.
Create test plans, scripts, and cases; perform functional testing and assist UAT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of solutions.
Analyze current processes and identify improvement opportunities using Oracle EBS.
Develop system and user documentation and deliver user training.
