Job summary

SMX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. The role requires an active clearance and is remote with travel.

Essential duties include requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives. Minimum 10 years’ experience, strong LOA and accounting understanding, and experience with

Qualifications

Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent).
10+ years of experience in business analysis or equivalent.
Experience with Oracle EBS modules and LOA configuration.
Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.

Responsibilities

Requirements analysis: gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
Solution design: translate needs into functional specs and system solutions.
Configuration and implementation: set up Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs.
Testing: create test plans, scripts, and conduct functional testing and UAT support.
Collaboration: bridge between business units and technical teams.
Process improvement: identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
Documentation and training: develop system docs and train users.
