Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Senior Business Analysts to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, provide functional support, perform testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

This role requires a clearance and is remote with some travel.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust required.
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM.
• Deep understanding of LOA configuration.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience gathering requirements, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor's degree in business or IT; 10+ years experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining training documentation.
• Experience with MyOracleSupport and resolving SRs.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
• Design and implement system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS.
• Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs.
• Create test plans, scripts, and conduct functional testing.
• Provide functional support and coordinate with technical teams.
• Bridge business units and IT to ensure integrated solutions.
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
• Develop system and user documentation and train users.
