Job summary

SMX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. The role involves designing and implementing system solutions, testing, and providing functional support while collaborating with cross functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

A current clearance is required and some travel will be needed. This position is remote with travel.

Qualifications

• Active clearance or public trust (sponsor dependent)
• Experience in iProcurement, Purchasing, CLM
• Deep LOA configuration knowledge in accounting
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience
• Experience creating and maintaining training documentation
• Experience with MyOracleSupport and resolving SRs

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS modules
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Configure Oracle EBS to meet project goals
• Create test plans and perform functional testing
• Provide user support and coordinate issue resolutions
• Collaborate across business and technical teams
• Analyze processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS
• Develop system and user documentation and training
