Job summary

SMX is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing and implementing system solutions, providing functional support, performing testing, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.

This role requires a clearance and is remote with some travel.

Qualifications

Requires analysis of business needs and translation into functional specs.
Bachelor's degree in business or IT or related field; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

Gather and document requirements for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
Design system solutions leveraging Oracle EBS functionality.
Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements through projects to production.
Create test plans and scripts; perform functional testing and assist in UAT; provide user support.
Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure successful integration.
Analyze current processes and identify improvements using Oracle EBS.
Develop system and user documentation and deliver training on new functionalities.
