Job summary

Accenture is seeking a transformation-focused professional to lead Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations. You will gather requirements, design configurations, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, and reports.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience, 2 full life-cycle implementations, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certification in Oracle HCM Payroll is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.
• Experience with Oracle Financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with client teams.
• Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, and fast formulas.
• Create functional and technical design documents.
• Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with business stakeholders.
• Support testing cycles and go-live cutover activities.
• Plan and organize tasks and report progress on deliverables.
