Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Oracle Payroll Cloud specialist in Virginia to design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, gather requirements with client teams, and configure complex payroll processes. You will translate business needs into system configurations, create design documents, and drive design workshops.

This role requires 7+ years of Oracle Payroll Cloud experience, two full lifecycle implementations, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience in Oracle Payroll Cloud
2 full life‑cycle Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations
Certified in Cloud HCM applications and Payroll module
Experience with Oracle financials including Chart of Accounts / General Ledger
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (or Associate’s with 6 years)

Responsibilities

Design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
Gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements with Client teams.
Configure and optimize upstream and downstream payroll processes in Oracle HCM.
Provide guidance and translate requirements into system configurations.
Create functional and technical design documents.
Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Payroll Processing with stakeholders.
Support testing cycles and cutover activities for go-live.
