Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant for a hybrid role based in Atlanta. You will provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring stability and performance while supporting deployments and client-fit analyses.

You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, train end-users, and develop comprehensive payroll documentation. Strong communication and cross-team coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years real-time hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate Degree requires 6 years experience
• SQL query experience is a bonus; Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance
• Support implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during implementation
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, guidance, and training for HCM Payroll functionalities
• Develop and maintain documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures
• Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution
• Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports
