Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support, focusing on costing.
• Strong proficiency with Core HR, Benefits and Compensation modules.
• Experience with US Payroll and US taxation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and ongoing support projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll costing setup and troubleshooting of costing rules and processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand payroll processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as functional specs, test plans, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and provide timely client support.
• Stay updated on Oracle Cloud Payroll features and industry best practices to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Support:Lead and manage Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Costing Expertise:Provide expert guidance on payroll costing, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of costing rules and processes.

• Client Collaboration:Work closely with clients to understand their payroll processes and requirements, offering recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

• Documentation:Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, test plans, and user guides.

• Training and Support:Conduct training sessions for clients and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

• Issue Resolution:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle Cloud Payroll, providing timely and effective support to clients.

• Best Practices:Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud Payroll features, functionalities, and industry best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation and support, with a focus on payroll costing.

  • 4+ years of experience in Cloud Payroll
  • 3+ years of experience inPayroll Costing and US Taxation
  • Accounting background is an added advantage
  • Minimum one end-to-end implementation experience required
