Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or technical sales.
• Experience engaging with North American hyperscalers, cloud providers, system OEMs, or data center customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to grow business with NA hyperscalers, cloud providers, OEMs, and data centers.
• Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities across optical transceiver solutions (800G, 1.6T, next-gen).
• Manage full sales cycle: opportunity development, RFQ/RFI response, negotiation, and order execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across engineering, procurement, infrastructure, and executives.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, Applications Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and product roadmap.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM account activity.
