Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the trainee program.
• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an advanced leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers nationwide.
• Lead and develop teams, conduct staff planning and recruitment, and drive performance.
• Advance to Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocate to BioLife locations upon program completion.
• Provide operational support and collaborate with senior management.
