Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast‑paced leadership development program. You will travel up to 95% of the time to learn our plasma center operations and progress toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program includes six months of accelerated training, followed by 12 months to qualify for a management position. Relocation to a BioLife location is required after training and selection.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate after Trainee Program and travel up to 90–100% during training.
• Ability to walk/stand for shifts; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel to BioLife locations nationwide.
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and glove wear during tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team across plasma centers.
• Participate in an advanced leadership development program with mentorship.
• Support staff planning, recruiting, and performance reviews.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and relocate accordingly.
