Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country

Responsibilities

• The expedited training program lasts six months. You will have 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position.
• You’ll lead a diverse team, provide employee feedback, conduct performance reviews and engage staff in planning and recruiting.
• Progress your career by networking and building relationships across BioLife to open and operate brand new plasma centers.
