BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a high-growth leadership program. The role entails a six-month expedited training period, followed by 12 months to secure a Plasma Center Manager position. You’ll gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities to relocate as you advance within BioLife.

The program emphasizes team leadership, cross-location collaboration, and developing operations expertise across our plasma centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program; willing to relocate to various BioLife locations across the country.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Drive a fast-paced, team-focused work environment and provide leadership to diverse staff.
• Participate in staff planning and recruiting, mentor employees, and conduct performance reviews.
• Work toward obtaining a Plasma Center Operations Manager position by completing the training program and networking across BioLife centers.
• Support senior management and communicate effectively to ensure operational efficiency.
