BioLife Plasma Services in Georgia (Virtual) seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership development program designed to prepare you for an Operations Manager role across BioLife’s plasma centers nationwide. You will travel extensively during the Trainee period and gain hands-on experience in center operations.

Relocation is required after graduation from the Trainee Program.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and tolerate glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.

Aufgaben

• Engage in a six-month expedited training program and pursue 12 months to Plasma Center Manager role.
• Lead a diverse team, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, and participate in staff planning.
• Develop relationships across BioLife and progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager.
• Support a fast-paced team environment with operational training.
• Retain donors by delivering a positive donor experience and assist with production.
• Travel across the country and return home every other weekend.
