Qualifications

• 3-5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at BioLife locations across the country.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Continuous Learning & Development: six-month expedited training; 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager role.
• Team Management: motivate a diverse staff, conduct performance reviews, staff planning, recruitment, retention.
• Career Advancement: progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and open new centers.
• Supportive Teamwork: operate in a fast-paced team environment and provide operational support.
• Exceptional Customer Service: retain donors and assist with production as needed.
• Travel Opportunities: learn from BioLife team members nationwide and return home every other weekend.
