Qualifications

• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead the six‑month expedited training program and reach Plasma Center Manager within 12 months with mentorship and a personal development plan.
• Cultivate a positive team environment, provide feedback, conduct reviews, and support staff development and recruitment.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager by networking and building cross‑site relationships to open new centers.
• Provide operational support, problem‑solving, and regular communication with senior management.
• Deliver exceptional donor service and support production as needed.
• Travel across the country and return home every other weekend.
