You’ll enter an accelerated six‑month training track and work toward a Plasma Center Operations Manager, with mentorship from senior leaders.

The role emphasizes team leadership, donor experience, and operations excellence, with up to 90–100% travel expected as you rotate across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift; willingness to travel to multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel during the program and work at various BioLife locations nationwide.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach; lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally 32–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a six‑month accelerated leadership training program.
• Travel up to 90‑100% during the Trainee Program to learn the business.
• Provide leadership for a diverse team and assist with staff planning and recruiting.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and potentially open new centers.
• Support senior management and maintain exceptional donor service.
