Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Analyst in Business Operations & Strategy (Property Care GTM Focus) to partner with Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership.

The role drives pipeline generation, forecasting, and handoff to Onboarding, supporting a growing Property Care sales motion from scratch. You will build dashboards with SQL/Tableau, connect pipeline to outcomes, and craft a compelling value story for each segment using ROI data.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of work experience in high growth tech or consulting
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for analyses
• Experience in revenue/ sales operations in SaaS preferred
• Experience with pipeline management and forecasting with CRM systems
• Strong analytics to drive results and clear storytelling

Responsibilities

• Build data sets and dashboards to monitor pipeline health and leading indicators
• Connect pipeline to onboarding, adoption, and retention outcomes
• Own pipeline reporting and quarterly forecast reviews with senior leadership
• Articulate value stories for Property Care segments grounded in data and ROI
• Create business cases and proof points for field reps
• Define territory/segment design, capacity planning, and quota tracking with GTM leadership
• Design and stand up outbound motion for Property Care trades with target accounts
• Measure outreach to meetings and pipeline with dashboards and experiments
• Own high-impact initiatives from identication to execution
