Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Business Operations & Strategy (Property Care GTM Focus) to drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and handoff to Onboarding.

You will partner with Sales, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to align data-driven insights with the Property Care strategy. This role emphasizes building analytics, planning cadences, and cross-functional collaboration as we design a new outbound motion for trades and improve time-to-value for customers across the

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of work experience in high growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to run faster end-to-end analyses.
• Functional experience in revenue operations / business operations / sales operations within SaaS preferred.
• Experience with pipeline management and forecasting using CRM such as Salesforce.
• Experience running quantitative analyses and publishing findings in dashboards (Excel/Sheets, Tableau, SQL).
• Ability to turn data into a clear customer value narrative and actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Build data sets and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to show pipeline health and leading indicators for Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership.
• Connect pipeline to downstream outcomes (time to onboard, adoption, retention) and identify top segments and deal types.
• Own pipeline reporting and forecast reviews for Property Care Sales, including coverage, conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to articulate the Property Care value story for each segment and trade, grounded in ROI analysis.
• Design and implement an outbound motion for Property Care trades, including ICP, sequencing, and lead routing; define dashboards and experiments.
