Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. in Glendale, CA is seeking a Senior Analyst in Business Operations & Strategy (Property Care GTM Focus) to build pipeline analytics, forecast performance, and align GTM efforts with Sales, Onboarding and Product teams.

You will partner with RevOps and Marketing to translate data into actionable plans, design outbound motions with SDRs, and drive initiatives that improve time-to-value for customers while scaling a new sales motion from scratch.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in high growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
• Proficient with AI tools to run analyses and build solutions independently.
• Experience in revenue/operations or sales operations within SaaS.
• Experience with pipeline management and forecasting, collaborating with Sales/SDR.
• Strong ability to turn data into a clear customer value narrative.

Responsibilities

• Build data sets and dashboards to monitor pipeline health and leading indicators.
• Connect pipeline to onboarding, adoption, and retention metrics.
• Own pipeline reporting and forecasting for Property Care sales, and run reviews with leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing to articulate value and inform roadmap.
• Design outbound motions with SDRs and define metrics and playbooks.
• Own special projects from identification through execution.
