Job summary

ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Manager, Property Care & Pest Go-to-Market to own how we bring our products to market and drive revenue. You will lead go-to-market strategy across Marketing, Sales, and Product, and own the full-funnel demand generation motion to build a scalable pipeline.

You will partner with Demand Generation, RevOps, and Sales leadership to optimize launches, campaigns, and pipeline performance while reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or go-to-market roles, including experience owning full-funnel strategy and pipeline targets, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Track record of building and scaling inbound pipeline programs and hitting pipeline or revenue targets.
• Experience leading go-to-market strategy and product launches in partnership with Sales and Product.

Responsibilities

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Own and evolve the go-to-market strategy for the ServiceTitan FieldRoutes and Property Care products, aligning positioning and launch plans across Marketing, Sales, and Product.
• Own product marketing and positioning, translating roadmap input into go-to-market plans with clear owners and timing.
• Set cadence and framework for launches, campaigns, and market or segment expansion.
• Full-Funnel Demand Generation: Own demand generation end-to-end from awareness to lead and opportunity creation.
• Build and manage the pipeline plan and demand gen budget against revenue targets, forecasting and reporting on funnel performance.
• Influence channel and program mix to improve pipeline efficiency and lead quality.
• Inbound Pipeline Generation: Own inbound pipeline generation as a core KPI with campaigns, content, offers, and nurture programs.
• Partner with RevOps on lead scoring, routing, and SLAs to improve inbound conversion.
