ServiceTitan is seeking a Sr. Analyst - Business Operations & Strategy (Property Care GTM Focus) to partner with Sales, Onboarding, and GTM leadership.

You’ll drive pipeline generation, forecasting, and handoff to Onboarding while collaborating with Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to ensure a consistent experience from first touch through go-live. You will own pipeline reporting, connect pipeline to downstream outcomes, and work with senior leadership on weekly and monthly

Qualifikationen

• 2–4+ years in high growth tech companies and/or management consulting.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for analytics and solution testing.
• Functional experience in revenue operations / business operations / sales operations within SaaS.
• Experience with pipeline management and sales forecasting with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Aufgaben

• Build data sets and dashboards to show pipeline health and leading indicators.
• Articulate the Property Care value story grounded in customer data and ROI.
• Design territory/segment design, capacity and quota planning, and ramp tracking with GTM leaders.
• Define outbound sales motion for Property Care trades, including ICPs and lead routing.
• Own high-impact initiatives from opportunity identification to execution.
