ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Analyst in Marketing Strategy & Operations to partner with the Marketing team on strategy, operations, and spend. You will own funnel performance, ROI modeling, and planning, translating cross-functional questions into actionable analysis and plans.

This role sits on the Revenue Strategy & Operations team and focuses on driving pipeline, revenue, and retention through programs, analysis, and an operating rhythm that supports frontline Titans.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years in high-growth tech or management consulting.
• Experience running quantitative analyses and using AI tools.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to drive execution.

Responsabilités

• Support operating cadence: metrics, reviews, memos, program management.
• Own weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting and forecasting dashboards.
• Lead high-impact projects from identification to execution with recommendations.
• Leverage AI to automate reporting and create reusable tools.
• Document processes and onboard peers on owned work.
