Job summary

ServiceTitan, Inc. seeks a senior Industry Advisor with deep Property Care trade knowledge to guide product decisions, GTM strategy, and client success from an operator’s lens.

You will collaborate with Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our platform effectively serves pest, lawn, pool, arbor, and irrigation trades. You will attend industry events, build market POVs, and support high-priority accounts, translating field realities into product and go-to-market

Qualifications

• Senior level experience within the Property Care trade industry, with direct oversight of both Operations and Technology.
• Proven track record of running high‑performing operations within enterprise settings.
• Recent experience leading Property Care trade technology systems, ideally as the driver of a major platform migration or enterprise rollout.

Responsibilities

• Advise on feature decisions and tradeoffs from an operator's perspective, including product requirement documents.
• Advise on custom vs. standardized reporting needs for property care clients.
• Attend and represent ServiceTitan at industry conferences (e.g., PestWorld) and own relationships with key trade orgs (e.g., NPMA).
• Write market POV documents capturing industry context for internal and customer use.
• Join prospect pitches to lend industry credibility and discuss operator-to-operator perspectives.
• Shape GTM materials and value propositions grounded in operator experience.
• Support discovery during onboarding and act as escalation point for complex implementation issues.
