Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Senior Operations Project Engineer to support the Hand Tools, Storage, PPE business unit. You will manage NPD launches, implement manufacturing improvements, and drive risk mitigation with cross-functional teams to optimize costs and schedules.

The role emphasizes project leadership, process optimization, and collaboration with global teams, with travel to suppliers and the corporate site as needed.

Qualifications

Relevant degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, or operations.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally several times per year.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Leads medium-scale strategic operations projects for NPD or legacy products.
Create project schedules, resource plans, and facilitate meetings.
Track schedule, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments.
Lead operational readiness and ensure regulatory compliance.
Assist in developing comprehensive project plans to meet targets.
