Milwaukee Tool, a leader in Hand Tools, Storage and PPE, seeks a Senior Operations Project Engineer to support the Strategic Operations team. You will drive NPD launches, manufacturing support, risk mitigation, and strategic transfer execution with cross-functional teams.

- Requires a relevant degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating with suppliers.
- Travel domestically and internationally a few times per year.
Responsabilidades
- Leads medium-scale strategic operations projects for NPD or legacy products.
- Creates project schedules and resource plans; facilitates meetings.
- Tracks schedule adherence and communicates issues to stakeholders.
- Identifies and mitigates project risks; drives risk reduction plans.
- Oversees operational readiness and implementation including equipment and process integration.
